Is it just a coincidence?

Zechariah 12:1 This message concerning the fate of Israel came from the LORD: "This message is from the LORD, who stretched out the heavens, laid the foundations of the earth, and formed the spirit within humans. ²I will make Jerusalem and Judah like an intoxicating drink to all the nearby nations that send their armies to besiege Jerusalem. ³On that day I will make Jerusalem a heavy stone, a burden for the world. Is it just a coincidence that the disengagement took 7 days and there were 7 days from the time Katrina was birthed until it slammed into the Gulf coast?

Is it just a coincidence that the Gaza Strip is along the coast of Israel and major damage to the United States happened along the coast?

Is it just a coincidence that the West Bank lines the Jordan River and New Orleans is on the Mississippi River?

Could God be saying "you mess with Israel and I will mess with your country?" How many communities were destroyed because of Katrina? Was it 25? Was it less? Are there more to come?
